I changed my java to version 8 (OpenJDK). Now it works! Thank you.

Well. I installed a new SSD disk to my computer and there to empty disk a new Ubuntu operating system. Then I installed Netbeans with apt command. And then I started Netbeans. That gave just same error messages than starting Gephi. So... The last error messages are not bug of Gephi!

Kubuntu got an update to JDK 11. And now starting Gephi it returns to command prompt with error messages. I changed to java 8. That didn't solve the problem.

My computer uses open jdk. There is a path java-11-openjdk-i386. If this affects something. Same occurred to me too. I updated Kubuntu 16.04.5 to 18.04. It has been some months I have not used Gephi. Now the graph is not appearing. It initializes it and it don't finish.

Can I debug the situation somekind? I want get more info what went wrong. My computer is HP 8200 and I use Kubuntu.

Have anybody used Gephi as dna haplotree managing and displaying software? If not, is it a bad idea to design haplotree with Gephi? Dunkel's haplotree is designed with PowerPoint manually. Is it good idea to confert it to Gephi format? Is it possible? The look and feel can be little different. But i...
