used bumblebee, graphics worked and then didn't

I've been using bumblebee to run gephi in so that my nvidia graphics card will work on Ubuntu 12.04. When I first started using it with Gephi 0.8.1 beta, it worked fine. I started it again and ran it later in the day and then it was back to not displaying my graphi just like what was happening befor...
