I've been using bumblebee to run gephi in so that my nvidia graphics card will work on Ubuntu 12.04. When I first started using it with Gephi 0.8.1 beta, it worked fine. I started it again and ran it later in the day and then it was back to not displaying my graphi just like what was happening before I was using bumbleebee. I then downloaded Gephi 0.8 alpha, which worked great with bumblebee, but it doesn't support the scripting plugin that I need to use.

I then found this site

which asks that before I post, I use the "online test", however this online test never seems to go anywhere after I give the java app permission to run, it just says "loading" for a very long time.
