Error when importing pajek .net

Hey there,

I'm getting a java runtime error to the effect of: error importing, "the file must start with the 'vertices' line" when trying to import some .net graphs.

It wouldn't surprise me if these weren't the cleanest Pajek files in the world (they were generated by a somewhat unstable java app), but they do work in Pajek itself, so I'd like to get them into Gephi if at all possible ... thanks!
